Eating more raw food to lose weight and gain energy?

Yes, you can lose a lot of weight by just changing what you eat and how you eat it.

Raw food is full of enzymes these little miracle of nature that help make full use of the nutrients found in any food. Sadly most of them are destroyed by heat. The more you cook the less nutrients and the more empty calories you give your body. Better nutrients increase your energy, your health, trim your body and make you feel and look younger!
