To make full use of your Creative Life Energy, start with awareness. Make a global check up of your life. See what works and what does not work. Then establish priorities. What aspect of your automatic reactions brings the worst effect? That’s where you start, not with trying to change others.

You will soon discover that mastering your states of mind, your emotional states, is key to any improvement in your life. You do it by monitoring and adjusting the way you think.

Practice EFT and Mind Building regularly. In the end you are the only one who has the power and the responsibility to improve the quality of your life. Learn how to practice these techniques and everything will change. You will soon be able to do things you believed impossible:

  • Get rid of your addictions
  • Optimize your relationships
  • Start new projects and bring them to completion
  • Become the person you were meant to be
  • Get the riches you deserve
  • Master your destiny

and much more on love, security, power, wealth, health, recognition, fame, and success. This however will not happen over night. You will need to learn, test and apply. Learn, test and apply again. And again until you consistently get the results you want.

Reconsider your Self-Talk, this constant flow of thoughts that you create all day long. With practice you can adjust your usual way of thinking, your evaluation of what happens in the world around you, even what you are convinced to be the truth. Your belief system is subjective. It is the result of years of experience, it has been nurtured by the culture you live in, the beliefs of your family and much more. But any perception is just an hypothesis about what happens. It always needs a reality check.

Some of your beliefs are appropriate and help you in your daily life, some are counterproductive, they only bring pain and havoc. These are the ones you have to reevaluate and adjust to reality. Remember that you have total control over what you think. You have the power to change the thoughts that do not positively match reality.

In fact changing your erroneous beliefs is a life long work. The most profitable investment you can ever make!


Never Forget that Happiness is a State of Mind !

You are unique

Nobody ever lived what you lived. Nobody will ever live what you are going to live. You are the center of the universe, but never forget that there are as many centers of the universe as living beings and that you are an active, interdependent and creating part of the whole. The simple fact that you are unique gives you the power but also the responsibility to contribute in your own way to this world. Who else could?

Carpe Diem

This instant is unique. You have the power to make it what you want. Only counts your perception of reality. You can change your perception if you decide to. Learn how to enjoy any instant as it comes.


Be the temple of life. Love yourself. Respect yourself. Accept yourself as you are now and then start building the new you you want to become in the future. You are responsible of yourself. You cannot escape this responsibility. Only then can you have real compassion and love for others.

Remember: love is unconditional or it’s not love, just business. Love is pardon. Pardon to recoup your power. As long as you don’t, you remain the victim of those who hurt you. Replace resentment with compassion.


The only victories that count are the ones you win over yourself. What do other’s gifts and talents matter to you. Why compare yourself to others? Let their achievements help you overcome your limitations. You are your worst enemy when you limit yourself.


Act to grow. Act to be and have. But remember that objects help you grow by their conquest. Never become slave of their possession.


You can give what you have, but you can also give what you are. Joy is in giving. Receiving is a small pleasure that chains you up. Let your smile give others the pleasure of giving. Do others what you would like them to do to you. Never expect anything from anyone except yourself. Never expect anything in return for what you give. Give for your own pleasure. When you give you learn detachment, one of the greatest values.


Discover what really matters and how urgent it is. Everything constantly changes. Continually revise your priorities.


Learn how to be the best possible you. Learn how to grow. Learn how to discover. Keep the amazed look of the newly born baby. The world is magic when you decide it is.


You can either act or be acted upon by others. If you don’t choose, others choose for you. Act. Try. Even if you did not succeed in what you were trying, you grew up by the effort. You learned from the experience. You only lose when you stop trying. Act your fear. If you think you can’t do it, the time has come to do it.

Be patient

Human beings are long to mature. Don’t let anyone stop you. Your only friends are the ones who do not judge.


Your life can be what you want it to be. Count your blessings, not your troubles. Don’t put limits on yourself. So many dreams are waiting to be realized. Nothing wastes more energy than worrying. The longer one caries a problem, the heavier it gets. Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets. Remember that friendship is a wise investment. Life’s treasures are people . . . together. Realize that it’s never to late.

And don’t ever forget . . . For even a day . . . How very special you are.
You are the miracle, let yourself happen.

More Food for Thought

  1. Time is the only limited resource you have. Anything else can be created, replaced or multiplied.
  2. You have the power to choose any thought you decide, but you can only think one thought at a time.
  3. Any thought is the seed of a potential life-enhancing or destructive materialization.
  4. What you think about is what expands: thoughts of love and abundance or thoughts of hate and poverty. Your choice.
  5. Any instant used to focus on what you don’t want will bring you exactly that: what you don’t want.
  6. Any instant used to focus on what you do want will bring you exactly that: what you do want.
  7. Emotions are just blips on your internal radar to catch your attention. What you do with the message is what determines the quality of your life.
  8. Unhappiness is a signal that you are wasting your time. You are not creating according to your unique gifts and talents.
  9. You are alive on this planet to create. First ideas, then, through hard work and persistence, their equivalent in the material world.
  10. As human beings and together as a species, our mission is to study, understand and improve upon what we call Evil, which is just ignorance, the cause of all misery.
