Is it possible? If you could age backward, what would it really mean for you? What if you could reverse the effects of years of less than optimum lifestyle? Wouldn’t that help your body function as it did five, ten or even twenty years ago?
What if you could eliminate the negative thoughts you and the media feed your mind with? Could getting rid of your fears and changing your perception of reality make you see again the beauty of the world as you did in your youth? You bet it can! I’m living proof that it can be done and I decided to share this fascinating experience with you.
First of all, I want to thank you for your interest in my writings. I know you’re curious and motivated to learn more about personal development, as are my hundred thousand subscribers.
Keep reading! Human life expectancy at birth increases regularly. During the Bronze Age, our ancestors lived to be about twenty-six years old. Today, the average lifespan approaches eighty years in the western world. That’s great! Yet most seniors are paying a heavy price for their lifestyle errors, such as using tobacco or drugs, eating the wrong food, avoiding exercise, not learning and adapting to a fast-changing world, and not realizing their full potential.
Knowledge about what to do to stay fit, and be vibrant physically and mentally at any age is all over the place: Media, Internet, seminars, webinars, books, schools, universities— you name it.
I am now in my eighties and keep active.
Daily I run, freestyle swim, meditate, practice yoga, work on my computer, and study and read new material.
Regularly I go hiking for hours, scope out new things to learn, develop smartphone applications, and pursue anything that involves discovering new domains and territories.
And I’m just an ordinary guy; I’m not a genius by any means. But all my life, I have continued growing stronger, smarter, wiser, and younger!
I’m not telling you this for the pleasure of bragging, although I’m quite happy to be in a healthy physical and mental state. I’m not immortal, however. I enjoy a high quality of life now. I believe it’s time to share the secret that can change your life if you use it. I see so much suffering around me from people even half my age that I decided to focus on spreading the knowledge I was lucky enough to acquire and test on myself.
Over the years, I have been reading voraciously and testing on myself anything that had to do with health, nutrition, exercise, well-being, stress management, positive thinking, mind control, meditation, happiness and more.
I just recently discovered my trigger points, a fabulously easy way to eliminate most, if not all, symptoms and causes of physical pains. To learn more about trigger points click here . I’ll write about my own experience in future letters.
But, applying this knowledge is hard! It would have been so much easier for me to stay in my comfort zone, slowly finding excuses to move less, do less, think less, and reduce my ambitions. Staying in one’s comfort zone is what most people do. I personally think that now I’m not as old as I used to be. It’s all a question of perspective.
So, how can you really enjoy your golden years? The answer is simple: take loving care of yourself —the sooner the better! Consider yourself as a temple of life. When to start? Now! As recent scientific discoveries prove, you can transform yourself at any age: neurons, muscle, bones, anything. More importantly, you can change the life of your children by your example and the message of hope for their future that you bring them. That’s true love!
Have I inspired you to step out of your comfort zone and reverse aging? Regularly I’ll be sending out emails with up to date information about the art and science of living a long, happy, healthy, meaningful life.
So stay tuned!
Boris Clair

This design is wicked! You most certainly know how
to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was
almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Great
job. I really loved what you had to say, and more
than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
